Sundargarh, Nov 22: Police arrested seven persons in connection with the Sundergarh mass killing incident that occurred last month.
A team of Sundargarh police visited Karnataka and Maharashtra and arrested the accused persons.
The brutal killings happened at Gitapada near Karamdihi under the Sundargarh Sadar police station on October 29 night. As many as five persons, including three women and two men, were brutally killed during a fight between two groups of nomadic people.
During primary investigations, police knew the accused went outside Odisha. They trapped the accused persons with the help of Karnataka and Maharashtra police, said sources.
