Summer Precaution: Schools Begin Running In Morning Hours In Odisha

Bhubaneswar, Apr 2: Schools, from primary to higher secondary level, and Anganwadi Centres started teaching in morning hours across Odisha from today. 

Schools teaching Class I to Class XII opened at 7 am this morning and will run till 11.30 am given the scorching heat conditions prevailing in the State. Concerned authorities had earlier issued directions in this regard. 

Accordingly, students were seen moving to their respective schools in the morning. 

The school authorities have been advised to keep drinking water and ORS adequately to tackle any event that may be caused by heat-wave conditions.
