Subhadra Yojana: Beneficiaries Applying Before Sept 15 Will Get First Installment On Sept 17

Bhubaneswar, Sept 14: Odisha Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida Saturday made it clear that women applicants who have applied for the Subhadra Yojana on or before September 15 will get their first installment after the launch by PM Modi on September 17.

“Over 50 lakh women have already registered and submitted their applications till now. Those who will apply on or before September 15 will get their first installment on September 17 after the launch of the scheme by PM Narendra Modi,” said Dy CM Parida.

The money will be directly transferred to the bank accounts of the applicants, informed Parida.

Meanwhile, Subhadra Padayatra will be organised in 10,000 villages across the state tomorrow, said Parida.

Notably, the Prime Minister is scheduled to launch the scheme on his birthday on September 17.

Subhadra Yojana is being seen as the largest, single women-centric scheme and is expected to cover more than one crore women.
