Song Infringement!: Singer Pami Mishra Lodges Complaint Against Sai Sagar Creation

Bhubaneswar, Sept 26: Renowned Odia singer Pami Mishra has lodged a complaint against Sai Sagar Creation at the Cyber Police Station.

Pami Mishra has accused the company -- Sai Sagar Creation -- of song infringement and filed a defamation case.

According to the singer, Pratibha Upadhyay, producer and singer, is trying to get fame by stealing one of Pami Mishra's old songs and showing as her own.

"It was my song. I sang it in 2010. I have all the evidence to prove my claims," said Pami Mishra, adding that she has submitted all those evidence to the cyber police.

She now demands legal action against the responsible persons behind the said act.
