Soaring Temp Continues To Heat Odisha; Bhadrak Hottest at 35.6°C at 8.30 am

Bhubaneswar, Apr 22: Scorching heatwave continues to hit Odisha with daytime temperature crossing 33 degree Celsius at many places by 8.35 am today. 

At 8.30 am, Bhadrak turned out to be the hottest place in the State with mercury here touching 35.6 degree Celsius. 

 As many as seven cities recorded temperature above 33 degree Celsius at 8.30 am. Next to Bhadrak, Balasore recorded 35.4 degree Celsius, Phulbani 34.6 degree Celsius, Bhubaneswar 34.4 degree Celsius and Cuttack 34.2 degree Celsius. 

Similarly, Keonjhar and Baripada recorded 34 degree Celsius each and Kendrapada was hot at 33.4 degree Celsius.
