Seawater To Be Converted Into Drinking Water

Bhubaneswar, Sept 10: The Odisha government is mulling to set up a project to convert seawater into drinkable water. 

Panchayati Raj and Drinking Water Minister Rabi Naik informed the State Assembly about the state government's plan. 

"A company is coming soon to the State to convert seawater into potable water. The government will decide after the company tests the water," said the Minister in response to a question from Satyabadi MLA Om Prakash Mishra.
