Sambalpur: Mother-Daughter Murder Unearthed; Son & Grandson Arrested

Sambalpur, Nov 7: Police unearthed the heinious murder of the mother-daughter duo at Maneswar on Sambalpur Outskirts on Tusday. The police have arreted son and the granddaughter of the slain woman.
The two arrested were identified as Jagannath Dixit (son) and Sanket Dixit (Grandson).

According to the information, the ghastly incident had occurred late on Tuesday night. Snehalata Dixit and daughter Sairendri Dixit were fast asleep when Jagannath and Senket killed them.

While Snehalata was strangulated to death, Sairendri was burnt to death with petrol, said police.

The police also revealed that property dispute was the reason behind the incident. Police conducted an investigaion based on a complaint filed by anothe sister of Jagannath, said Additional SP Ajay Mishra.
