Puri: CM Majhi Wields Broom, Sweeps 'Bada Danda' Ahead Of Rath Yatra

Puri, July 6: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi wielded a broom Saturday and swept the 'Bada Danda' -- Grand Road -- ahead of the holy Rath Yatra, Sunday.

CM Majhi was accompanied by Deputy Chief Ministers Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo and Pravati Parida along with Puri MP Sambit Patra. 

Cabinet Ministers as well as several BJP MLAs also participated in the cleanliness drive from Bada Danda to Sharadhabali near Gundicha Temple. Various voluntary organisations were also the part of the drive.
