Sambalpur, May 5: The people of Odisha have made up their minds for a big change in the State's governance and will decide who will be the next Chief Minister.

Union Education, Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Minister and BJP candidate for Sambalpur Lok Sabha seat, Dharmendra Pradhan stated this while holding a massive roadshow at Rairakhol today.

"People's trust in Prime Minister Narendra Modi has increased. Now Modi wave is in full swing in Odisha. People have opted for a big change in Odisha governance this time," said Pradhan.

The Union Minister said the people of Odisha will change the governance and decide who will be the next Chief Minister.

Initiating a direct attack on Naveen Odisha chairman and BJD's No.2 star campaigner VK Pandian, Pradhan said he doesn't need any certificate from the gumasta (Pandian). The people of Odisha know him very well.

"I am a small worker of my party BJP. But the Gumasta is a Bhadatia (hired one) and a Mahadruma (big tree). I don't need his certificate," said Pradhan.

He said the leaders of his party (BJD) are not obeying him (Pandian).

The Union Minister asserted again that the 'inefficient' 24-year-old government will be changed by people in the ensuing polls.
