Padayatra Organised In Bhubaneswar To Mark Sambidhan Diwas

Bhubaneswar, Nov 26: The Sports and Youth Affairs Department organised a Padayatra in Bhubaneswar as part of the Sambidhan Diwas celebrations. 

Notably, the country is celebrating the completion of 75 years of the Constitution. 

Chief Minister Mohan Charana Maji, Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Suryabanshi Suraj and other Ministers, and BJP State president Manmohan Samal attended the Sambidhan Diwas Celebrations.

At the outset, the CM and others garlanded the statue of BR Ambedkar, the father of the Indian Constitution, at the AG Square. 

The Padayatra moved from AG Square to Capital Hosptial. Students, Youths and political leaders participated in the foot march. A cleaning drive was undertaken in the Capital Hospital premises.

The Sports and Youth Affairs Department has also planned other programmes to mark the day.
