Bhubaneswar, Apr 18: One may die and still be immortal. It may sound like an oxymoron but Sanjukta Patra of Bhubaneswar has turned this to reality by donating both her kidneys and liver to needy patients after she was declared brain dead here at a private hospital.

Her family took this decision of bidding her adieu with a heavy heart but expressed their happiness as they saved three despaired lives in the process.

One of her kidneys was given to a patient in SCB Medical college and hospital and the other kindey was transplanted to a patient in a private hospital in Bhubaneswar.

Her liver was sent to a patient of IGH Hospital in Hyderbad.

The nephrologists and Urologists at SCB have transplated her kidney in Rajeev Das of Tigiria area of Cuttack district.
