Odisha: Orientation For Newly Recruited 16,009 Junior Teachers (Schematic) On October 5

Bhubaneswar, Sept 22: An orientation programme for newly recruited 16,009 Junior Teachers (Schematic) will be conducted at the Kalinga Hockey Stadium in Bhubaneswar on October 5. Chief Minister Majhi will address the teachers. 

The teachers will come from all 30 districts to Bhubaneswar. They will board buses arranged by their respective DEOs-cum-DPCs at district points. The Odisha School Education Programme Authority (OSEPA) has set timings for departure from district points, arrival in Bhubaneswar and participation in orientation at the Kalinga stadium. 

According to the guidelines, newly recruited Junior Teachers (Schematic) coming 13 districts- Bolangir, Bargarh, Deogarh, Jharsuguda, Kalahandi, Koraput, Malkangiri, Nawarangpur, Nuapada, Rayagda, Sambalpur, Subarnapur and Sundargarh will board buses at their district points at a preset time on October 4 and reach Bhubaneswar by 6 am on October 5. 

DEOs will make breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner arrangements for the teachers during their journey. They will be provided breakfast and lunch at a school in Bhubaneswar on October 5. 

Similarly, newly recruited teachers coming from the rest 17 districts will have their departure time at district points. They will left district points early in the morning of October 5 so that they would reach Bhubaneswar in time.   

Lunch will be completed by noon and the designated buses carrying teachers must reach the venue, Kalinga Hockey Stadium, by 12.30 pm. 

All teachers will be given I-Cards. They will be allowed to carry I-Cards, Wallet and phones only. No bags will be allowed to the venue. They will occupy seats by 2 pm. Orientation will begin at 3 pm. The Chief Minister is scheduled to address the teachers at 4.30 pm. The teachers will return by the designated buses after the completion of CM's address. 

OSEPA Project Director Ananya Das has written to all DEO-cum-DPCs.
