Bhubaneswar, Sept 25: Henceforth, Odisha Government officers of Group A category (Level-12 and above) can travel by air on official tour within the State. 

The State Finance Department has issued a memorandum in this regard. 

"As per the official memorandum on March 14, 2024, government employees as such are entitled to an official tour inside the State by road or road.  

Now, in view of intra-state air connectivity, the State government have been pleased to allow State government officers of group A category (Level 12 and above) to travel by air on official tour within the State of Odisha," read the memorandum.
