Bhubaneswar, Feb 13: Senior BJP leader and former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan targeted the Naveen Patnaik government over various issues and said Odisha government is rebranding Center's schemes and implementing those in state.

"Odisha govt is not using the funds provided by Modi govt properly. PM Modi is providing the money, but Naveen govt is engaged in rebranding of Central schemes in the name of Odisha government schemes. The State government here has been an expert in hijacking central schemes," Chouhan alleged on his arrival here today.

"The Odisha government has been taking advantage of the free rice scheme of the Union Government by changing its name," he said.
Chouhan alleged that Odisha is on the top of incidents of violence against women.

"Common people already know the inefficiency and tricky functioning of the Naveen Patnaik Government," he said.

Chouhan said corruption has reached the highest level in Odisha. "No work is being done without a bribe here," he alleged.

He said the BJP will fight the coming Parliamentary and Assembly elections in full force and register huge wins in both segments.
The BJP will form the government in Odisha this time, he asserted.
