Bhubaneswar, Jul 26: Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will leave for New Delhi on Friday to attend the NITI Aayog meeting on July 27, officials said.
According to the official sources, CM Majhi will attend the crucial meeting of NITI Aayog on Saturday, along with Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja.
The NITI Aayog meeting, chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, will take up different developmental issues and policy matters for discussion, sources said.
CM Majhi will present Odisha's agenda in the NITI Aayog General Council meeting, they said.
Meanwhile, the opening session of the 17th Odisha Legislative Assembly is underway. It will continue till September 13.
