NEET Aspirant Forges Her Own Kidnapping And Demands Rs 30L Ransom For Foreign Trip, Caught

Bhubaneswar, Mar 21: In this era of cut- throat competition, parents are spending lakhs of money in providing best education to their wards. Some, who are capable of handling the pressure fly with bright colour while others get trapped in this competition.

But a National Eligibility-cum Entrance Test (NEET) aspirant resorted to an easy way of escaping her boredom by plotting her own kidnap and then to enjoy a foreign trip with the ransom money from her parents. 

 

Divya Dhakad, a NEET aspirant residing in Kota, got herself kidnapped and asked for a ransom amount of Rs 30 Lakh for her foreign trip.

She hatched the conspiracy in association with her two friends. To make it look real she even sent pictures of herself tied with a rope to her father. 

On March 18, with the help of her friends she sent a Whatsapp message to her father informing about the kidnap and demanded Rs 30 Lakh to be paid to get her released.

Her father informed the police and later on March 20 the girl was traced with red-faced.
