LS Polls: BJD Reduced To Zero, BJP Grabs 20, Cong 1; See List

Bhubaneswar, June 5: The Modi Wave greatly impacted both Parliamentary and Assembly elections in Odisha, the results of which were published yesterday.  

The BJP got 78 Assembly seats, more than the magic number of 25 to form a government in the State. The BJD came down from 112 in 2019 to 51 in 2024.

In Parliamentary Polls, the regional party could not even get one seat. While the BJP got 20 seats, the Congress was contended with one.
