Bhubaneswar, Apr 17: Leader of Opposition and BJP candidate for Sambalpur Assembly constituency Jayanarayan Mishra took a dig at BJD candidate Rohit Pujari for his alleged remark on his (Mishra's) disease.

"I don't know which disease I have. I know he was an engineer. But, today, I got to know he is a doctor. He should examine me and say what disease I have," said Mishra.

Mishra, who is the incumbent MLA from the Sambalpur seat, said the change of candidate (By BJD) would not impact him in any way.

"I am fit and fine. He (Pujari) should think of his results," said Mishra.

He wanted to know if Rohit Bahu could see the quantum of development that happened in Sambalpur. "If there is no development marked in any place, then the State Government is responsible for that," he contended.

Stating that he has perfectly performed the duty of a Leader of Opposition, Mishra said people know his performance and it makes no difference who between Rohit and Prasanna is fielded against him.
