Locals Stage Protest After Biker's Death In Boudh

Boudh, Apr 19: In a tragic incident, one biker died as a Bolero collided with it at Landibandha square in Boudh district this morning. 

The deceased has been identified as Narayana Meher of Radhanagar village under Boudh police station limits. 

According to the information, the biker was returning to his house after purchasing grocery items for his shop from Boudh when the mishap occured.

A speeding Bolero car coming from the opposite direction rammed into the bike consequently killing Narayana at the spot. 

The Bolero driver's fleeing attempts turned futile as the agitated villagers caught him and started a protest on the National Highway 57. 

The protest led to a traffic jam disrupting the normal functioning.
