Jajpur: Body Found Floating On A Roadside Drain In Dharmasala

Jajpur, Nov 14: A body was found floating on a drain near NH 53 in Nanpur under Dharmasala Police Station limits in Jajpur district, Thursday.

As per the report, locals had spotted a body floating on a roadside drain. After confirming, the locals immediately informed Dharmasala Police.

Police arrived at the scene and recovered the body. The deceased has been identified as Siba Mallick. Siba was a native of Nanpur village.

A team of forensic experts also arrived with the police to gather clues. The Dharmasala Police have already started an investigation in this connection.

The reason of his death is yet to be ascertained. Police said that it can only be said after the post-mortem report comes.
