Bhubaneswar, Feb 1: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Thursday predicted light rain over several districts in Odisha during the next two days.
As per the IMD's latest bulletin, light rain is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Sundargarh, Jharsuguda, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Balasore and Bhadrak till 8.30 AM on Friday.
The IMD also said that shallow to moderate fog is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of coastal and north interior parts of the State till 8.30 AM tomorrow.
Similarly, the weather department forecast light rain at isolated places over the districts of Mayurbhanj, Keonjhar, Jajpur, Balasore, Bhadrak, Nayagarh, Khordha, Puri, Dhenkanal, Jagatsinghpur, and Cuttack from 8.30 AM on Friday to 8.30 AM on Saturday.
The highest maximum temperature of 32 degree Celsius was recorded at Paralakhemundi and Bhawanipatna and the lowest minimum temperature of 12.5 degree Celsius was recorded at Phulbani in the State in the last 24 hours, the bulletin said.

There will be no large change in minimum temperature (night temperature) during next 4-5 days at many places in the State, it added.
