Heat To Intensify In Odisha, Temperature To Rise By 4 To 6 Degree Celsius

Bhubaneswar, Mar 9: There shall be no respite from heat in Odisha as the temperature is set to increase from March 11, said sources.

According to the information, the temperature is likely to rise by four to six degree Celsius from March 11.

The regional meteorological centre has predicted rain in some areas of Odisha today and tomorrow. There is a possibility of light rain with lightning in some districts along with south coastal Odisha.

Temperatures in most cities are likely to touch 40 degree Celsius.

Heat wave conditions are likely to prevail in Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Ganjam, Gajapati, Malkangiri, Nabarangpur, Nayagarh, Balangir, Sonepur, Boudh, Sambalpur, Bargarh, Angul and Dhenkanal, said sources on Saturday.
