Dhenkanal, July 2: The LAccMI (Location Accessible Multi-modal Initiative) buses got a changeover as the colour of the buses have been changed to saffron from green.
The colour of 28 buses in Dhenkanal Bus Stand have been changed to saffron, which represents BJP, the ruling party. The previous colour was green , which was representing the former government, led by BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik.
Earlier, the name of the LAccMI bus services was changed to 'Mukhyamantri Bus Seva'. The rebranding was announced by Transport Minister Bibhuti Bhusan Jena. However, there is no clarity about the change of colour.
