Fire Engulfs 10 Shops Near Ghatagaon Tarini Temple

Keonjhar, Dec 11: More than 10 shops were burnt and reduced to ashes as a major fire broke out Maa Tarini Temple compound at Ghatagaon in Keonjar district early Wednesday morning. 

Apart from shops, bhog and Puja items worth lakhs of rupees were destroyed in the fire mishap.

The incident took place near Maa Tarini Temple's Gate No. 2. The cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.

A few months ago, the bhog shops in front of the Gate No. 3 of the temple were also set on fire.
