Ex-MLA Anam Nayak And Many Congress Leaders Join BJP

Bhubaneswar, Mar 14: Former Bhawanipatna MLA Anam Nayak and several Congress leaders and activists joined the Bharatiya Janata Party today. 

BJP State President Manmohan Samal and other leaders welcomed them by giving them party caps and shawls. 

Apart from Nayak, Mayurbhanj youth leader and Pradesh Congress Committee member Rakesh Singh, Baripada Assembly constituency's  Yuva Congress vice-president Soujit Kumar Besra, Youth Congress leader Benudhar Behera, Narendra Behera, Tuna Behera, Shibadhar Behera, Fate Soren, Narendra Singh, Karji Murmu, Dukhishyam Hansada, Sibashankar Singh, Biju Kumar Singh, Chatia Singh, Sachidananda Singh joined the Congress. 

Among others, Leader of Opposition Jayanarayan Mishra, MLA Pradeep Panigrahi, former MLA Praveen Chandra Bhanjadeo and Pradeep Purohit, general secretary Saroj Kar, State spokesperson Dilip Mallick, Krushak Morcha State president Maheswar Sahu were present.
