Bhubaneswar, Sept 2: Deputy Chief Minister Pravati Parida has launched the official portal of 'Subhadra Yojana', Monday.
The portal -- www.subhadra.odisha.gov.in -- will provide all the information about the flagship scheme.
Dy CM Pravati Parida has urged the people not to get confused by other fake websites. "The portal provides all the information related to Subhadra Yojana for everyone," said Parida.
"With this initiative, people can easily get the required information and will be able to understand it," she said, adding that the portal has both Odia and English language for the usefulness of people.
Notably, people were having doubts over the eligibility criteria to be a benificiary of the scheme, their rights and responsibilities. "And the portal will help them understand those things and find all their answers," said Pravati Parida, who is also the Minister of Women and Child Development, Mission Shakti, and Tourism.
"You will know the details of every announcement related to Subhadra Yojana through this portal," the Deputy CM explained.
A toll free number -- 14678 -- has also been issued to help the people. The toll free number will be active from 6 am to 10 pm.
Parida has also said that the application form of Subhadra Yojana is available in sufficient quantity with free of cost.
The applicants only have to fill these forms and submit it along with the photo copy of their Aadhaar Cards. The applicants will have to submit their forms at Mo Seva Centres, Jana Seva Centres and any specific places/offices allotted by the DIstrict Collectors.
The submission procedure will begin from September 4 afternoon. The submission too will be free of cost.
"As announced, the distribution of first instalment of Raksha Bandhan will begin September 17 and the process will continue until every registered benificiary gets the money," stated Dy CM Pravati Parida.
