Bhubaneswar, May 8: Defence Minister Rajnath Singh will on a one day visit to Odisha's Rayagada and Bhawanipatna.

Singh will campaign for party candidates for upcoming upcoming Lok Sabha and Assembly elections in the State.

Rajnath Singh will reach Barrack helipad in Bhawanipatna in the afternoon and will attend a public meeting to be held at Lal Bahadur Stadium. 

Later, Defence Minister is scheduled to attend a public meeting at JSCO ground in Rayagada. 

Security has been tightened for Rajnath Singh's visit.

Meanwhile, Chhattisgarh CM Vishnu Deo Sai will be on a two-day visit to Odisha from today and will visit Nabarangpur and Koraput and will hold meetings there.
