Cuttack: Truck Carrying Pulses Catches Fire On Niali Road

Cuttack, Sept 24: A truck carrying 30 tones of pulses gutted in blaze near Amanakuda chhak on Highway 60 in Niali-Phulankhara in Cuttack district in the early morning of Tuesday.

According to reports, the incident took place around 3 am.  The truck was on its way from Raipur to Konark.

The driver managed to escape unhurt and immediately informed the fire department.

After a few hours of effort, the fire was brought under control. The cause of the fire remains unknown.
