CM Majhi To Attend Vande Bharat Train Inaugration Event In Berhampur Today

Bhubaneswar, Sept 15: Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi will grace the Vande Bharat train inauguration event in Berhampur, Sunday.

CM Majhi is scheduled to arrive in Berhampur at around 9.45 am and his helicopter will land at KC High School Field. The inauguration event will take place at the Berhampur Railway Station.

This will be CM Majhi's first visit to Southern city of Odisha -- Berhampur -- since he assumed office as Odisha Chief Minister.

Ahead of the scheduled event, East Coast Railway General Manager Parmeshwar Funkwal and the Khordha DRM visited the Berhampur Railway Station to oversee the preparations.

Because of the scheduled visit of CM Majhi, Berhampur Municipal Corporation (BeMC) and other government officials were directed not to take leave Saturday and Sunday.
