Class VIII Student Drowns To Death In Balasore

Soro, Feb 12: In a tragic mishap, a class VIII drowned to death in Panisiali village under Khaira block in Balasore district.

The deceased has been identified as Jayant Parida, son of Umakanta Parida.

According to the information, Jayant was playing in a field near a pond when this mishap took place.

As Jayant didn't return to his home, his family members searched in different places, then finally found him floating in the water.

Jayant was soon rushed to Soro Hospital, where he was declared dead by hospital authorities.

On being informed, Khaira police reached the spot and took the body for post-merterm.
