Koraput, Mar 23: A cannabis (ganjei) carrying car overturned and fell from the Khatalapadar bridge under Kundura police station limits in Koraput district this morning.
According to the information, smugglers were carrying cannabis in a car from Malkangiri towards Chhattisgarh.
Police reached the spot and started an investigation. No casualties has been reported and no one was found near the vehicle.
Some number plates of vehicles have been found in the vehicle along with cannabis. The exact quantity of the contraband good is not known.
