Burglars Rob 180 Grams Gold And Rs 85K Cash In Boudh

Boudh, Jan 19: As many as six burglars looted 180 grams of gold and Rs 85,000 cash from a house in Bardola village under Manamunda police station limits in Boudh district late on Thursday night. 

The six masked robbers broke open the wardrobe and stole the valuables from the house of Manoranjan Sahu and his wife Sabitri.  

The burglars physically assaulted Manoranjan and pushed him from the terrace, fracturing his leg. 

"Six masked men forcibly entered our house at late night, pointing a pistol on my head broke open the almirah using an axe and stole jewellery and cash", said the Sabitri Sahu. 

A complaint was lodged by Sabitri in the Manamunda police station.
