Bharatpur Crime Scene Recreated With Ferro Camera

Bhubaneswar, Sept 25: The scene of what happened to the Army Officer and his fiancee on the road and at the Bharatpur police station on September 15 night was recreated as part of an investigation by the Crime Branch today. 

Ferro Camera was used to create the crime scene. 

The scene was recreated on the road at Pathargadia, where some youths intercepted the Army Officer and his fiancee on September 15 night. An argument and scuffle ensued between them. Later, they approached the Bharatpur police station to seek help. However, police misbehaved with them there. 

According to sources, the victim and the suspended police officials are likely to be subjected to a lie-detection test. The Crime Branch has sought permission from the court to conduct the lie detection tests after the Victim agreed with the investigators' proposal.  

The process will begin with the availability of the court permission.
