Bhadrak: Over 20 Hospitalised For Consuming Stale Food At Babyshower

Bhadrak, Mar 3: More than 20 people were admitted in the hospital after consuming food at a babyshower in Satha village under Bhandaripokhari police station limits here. 

Six of them have been rushed to District Headquarters Hospital (DHH), Jajpur. 

According to the information, three of them are critical and have been taken to SCB MCH in Cuttack.

A medical team consisting of doctors of Bhandaripokhari dispensary and nearby Birali dispensary have joined hands with the doctors of DHH Jajpur. 

Accoding to the sources, the people had consumed Dahibara at the babyshower. The dahibara had probably fermented due to the summer which might have led to food poisoning.
