Baleswar Group Clash: Curfew Relaxed For Six Hours

Baleswar, June 21: The Baleswar district administration on Friday relaxed the curfew for six hours from 6 am to 12 pm to allow people to purchase essential commodities and medicines from the market in Baleswar.

Notably, a curfew has been imposed in the city for three days following a group clash. Police personnel have been deployed across the city, while internet services have been suspended in some places to control the tense situation.   

 So far, police have arrested 45 persons in connection with the group clash. 

Yesterday, the administration had relaxed the curfew for four hours yesterday morning.
