Angul: Python Rescued From Abandoned Well

Angul, Oct 3: A big python has been rescued from an abandoned well near Bhagalkata village in Chendipada forest area in Angul district.

The python is reportedly 11 feet long. The reptile was reportedly struck inside the well for five to six days.

The local cowherds saw the python and contacted Bablu Gadanayak, a snake rescuer.

Later Bablu and a few forest officials safely and successfully rescued the reptile. The python was later released in the forest.

Earlier, another python was rescued near Karadabahali village.
