Bhubaneswar, Feb 13: Senior BJP leader and former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan targeted the Naveen Patnaik government over various issues and said an outsourcing government is running in Odisha.

"The Chief Minister is not running the government here. Officers are running the government on his behalf. An outsourcing government is running in Odisha," Chouhan alleged on his arrival here today.

Chouhan alleged that Odisha is on the top of incidents of violence against women. The State government here has been an expert in hijacking central schemes.

"The Odisha government has been taking advantage of the free rice scheme of the Union Government by changing its name," he said.

He said Central funds are not being utilized properly. Officers of Naveen Patnaik are engaged in the rebranding of Central schemes in the name of Odisha government schemes.

"Common people already know the inefficiency and tricky functioning of the Naveen Patnaik Government," he said.

Chouhan said corruption has reached the highest level in Odisha. "No work is being done without bribe here," he alleged.

He said the BJP will fight the coming Parliamentary and Assembly elections in full force and register huge wins in both segments. The BJP will form the government in Odisha this time, he asserted.
