Bhubaneswar, Oct 17: Former MLA and senior leader Amar Prasad Satpathy Thursday made another explosive statement, bringing hidden discontentment of BJD leaders to the fore.

"Many things are going to happen in the BJD. Two Rajya Sabha members have already quit and many are in the pipeline," Satpathy told reporters.

He said he pities on the leaders who are making immature statements.

"They are not answering my fundamental question. Why the party lost the election and who is responsible for the disturbance in the party? Party president has not yet opened his mouth," Satpathy said.

He opined that those who are speaking for the party chief are causing massive damage to the party. T
"There is sheer resentment in the party. After I opened my mouth, leaders who understood the reality started talking," he asserted.

Stating that he always suggested reforming the party, Satpathy peeved at those who mistook him and said his statement was suffocative.

"I don't know those who termed my words suffocative are getting oxygen or carbon dioxide," he criticized.
