PM Modi Shares 'Tadasana Yoga' Video Ahead Of International Yoga Day

New Delhi, June 13: In view of the run-up to the 10th edition of the International Yoga Day on June 21, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday shared a video clip of Tadasana or the palm tree posture on a social media platforms.

"Tadasana is very good for the body. It will ensure more strength and better alignment," the Prime Minister said while sharing the video on X, formerly known as Twitter.

The clip described the health benefits and steps to perform the Tadasana.

Earlier, PM Modi urged everyone to make yoga an integral part of their lives.

International Yoga Day is observed on June 21 every year.
