2nd "Pravasi Nrutya Sangam" Organised At Guru Kelu Charan Odissi Research Centre

Bhubaneswar, Dec 20: The second "Pravasi Nrutya Sangam" has been successfully organized at the Guru Kelu Charan Mohapatra Odissi Research Centre (GKCMORC) in Bhubaneswar. The dance programme concluded on Thursday evening. 

Artists from Americal performed Odissi dances on the 'Utkal Ranga Mancha, enthralling the audience. 

The objective behind the "Pravasi Nrutya Sangam" is to promote classical Odissi dance and make cultural exchanges at the international level. Odissi artists belonging to America's "Nrutyasadhan Anusthan" performed dances. Group Odissi dance, presented by the American team, was the center of attraction at the event. 

Artists of the "Trutyasadhana Anusthan" thanked the Odisha government in general and the and& Odia Language, Literature & Culture Department in particular for being provided an opportunity to perform the Odissi dance on Lord Jagannath's sacred soil Odisha.
