Balasore, Mar 21: Two youths posing as Regional Transport Officers (RTOs) were arrested near the Lakshman nath toll gate in Jaleswar area in Balasore district late on Wednesday night during police patrolling.
The duo were seeing giving fake transport permit to many drivers.
Mobile phones, a laptop and a bike were seized from their possession.
The duo have been identified as Babu of Jaleswar and Sambhu of Jharkhand.
